Refund policy

We strive to make our customers happy and extremely satisfied while conducting business in the most professional way possible.

We believed our product are double check for accuracy, precision and genuity. 
In an event where you certified that, for what ever reason you fault with any of our products, we offer the following in our refund policy.

 

1) Product defect . 
In a case where you received your product and you check it to be OK, and within 3 days you noticed something that seem to be a manufacturing defect, we will give a full refund. 
This refund does not cover, poor handling, Miss use, (list everything you can think of) 
Our company reserve the right to make reasonable judgement on the nature of the defect

 

2) Not satisfied 
In a case that you order for a product, and you receive in full working condition but you are simply not satisfied. 
You are covered for a full refund within 5 days of purchase. However you will bear the delivery fee for sending and return. 

Defective products from users are not covered under this policy

 

3) Not what I requested for: In an event where you receive a product that is different from what you order (with reasonable evidence) within two days, we will change the order and cover the full shipping. 
In a case where you want a refund, 
You will cover both product shipping.
